Product Use

Removes particle contaminants, water borne bacteria and some viruses. Do not use with water that is microbiologically unsafe.

Directions

Position the source water to be at a height of 0.7 to 1.5m above the other container for filtered water. Place the filter and tube into the top container with source water and the output tube in the filtered water container. Wait for 10-20 minutes for water to fill the interior of filter. The process can be accelerated by slightly sucking the tube.

Wash the filter components after filtration capability is reduced around 30%. Frequency of cleaning depends on the pollution level of the source water and usually varies from 5 to 15 days. The trapped contaminants can be easily removed by washing the filter element with water and a sponge.
